Alright. So this is my first progress picture ever posted. This is about 11 months difference. I can only hope to inspire others to become the healthiest version of themselves through clean eating and exercise. That’s all it takes.

Before: 205 lbs (Jan 2012)

During: Not sure, maybe 138 lbs? (Nov 2012)

I have not looked at the scale in over two months. I now know that it’s not the number that matters. It’s how you look and feel. Measurements are the most effective way to check progress. Remember that!
